Presented during Chicago Fashion Week®, the Rising Star Awards celebrate the future of Chicago fashion by providing emerging talent with the opportunity to gain industry recognition, showcase their work, and build meaningful connections with fellow professionals.

On the Rise: Meet the Finalists

Before the awards, FGI Chicago members are invited to On the Rise in September 2026, where they can meet the 2026 finalists, explore their portfolio and product displays, connect with Chicago’s emerging fashion talent, and cast their final votes before the winners are announced. On the Rise is the final day for FGI Chicago members to vote.

Event Details

The FGI Chicago 11th Rising Star Awards is designed as an interactive networking experience rather than a traditional seated awards banquet. Guests will enjoy brunch, networking, explore finalist displays, and celebrate the announcement of the 2026 Rising Star Award winners.
