His career has included the presidency of the Council of Fashion Designers of America for 16 years\, and founder of Seventh on 6th\, the fashion shows in New York City. He has had a long career as a Seventh Avenue designer starting with the Mr. Mort Label\, and with Henri Bendel’s boutique fashion. \nOn any given day\, more pepole will be “wearing” Stan Herman than any other American fashion designer. As he continues to work and thrive in his 96th year\, Herman is the most acclaimed uniform designer of our time. Corporate partners include TWA\, McDonald’s\, United Airlines\, US Airways\, Loews Hotel\, Sandals resorts\, and JetBlue since its founding. His work for FedEx is recognized as being one of the primary identifiers driving their global brand recognition. He has been selling his line of loungewear on QVC for over 31 years and continues to participate on boards that form the direction for the fashion industry and the neighborhood it encompasses including Bryant Park and The Garment District for over 40 years. He has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the CFDA and continues actively on its board.

Rachel’s mission is to simplify style and shopping whether it be for special events or everyday life. She has elevated and transformed the images of countless clients through her personalized approach and focuses on building a closet of flattering favorites\, so her clients can focus on the most important priorities of their day. \nRachel has been influential in the Chicago fashion scene for over 15 years now with an impressive and diverse resume that includes work in celebrity\, commercial\, editorial and personal styling. Her clients have been seen on abc7Chicago\, ESPN\, WGN News\, the Wendy Williams Show\, and Dr. Oz\, to name a few. Rachel proudly supports local Chicago designers such as Sophia Reyes\, Rach B Jewelry\, Model Atelier\, Katie Farnan\, and BHAV. \nIn 2022\, Rachel became a professor of fashion styling at Columbia College Chicago. In 2021\, she was the author and headline instructor for an online course called “The Business of Personal Styling: From Basics to First Clients” offered by Pivot School.
