The Sustainability Edit | Up-cycling, Vintage & Product Longevity

April 17 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Join FGI Toronto and our expert panel as we present The Sustainability Edit | Up-cycling, Vintage & Product Longevity, a virtual webinar.

This year we are looking to frame optimism within the context of sustainability, as we explore how our industry leaders are using up-cycling, vintage an the notion of product longevity to encourage, foster and support sustainable practises within the Canadian fashion industry.

Join us as our incredible host, the multi-talented actress and model Lindura as she engages in a robust discussion about how each of our panelists is driving sustainability via various projects, initiatives and/or within their business. Meet our panelists:

Bruce Sinclair, Associate Dean of the Fashion, Beauty & Marketing Faculty at Humber College

Kelly Drennan, Founder of Fashion Takes Action & Master Thrifter

Inder Bedi, Designer and Owner of Bedi Apparel & Clothing

We cant wait to speak with each of our panelists and unpack what can we done to create a better future for fashion. This is a fantastic opportunity to find inspiration and ask questions about what has made them successful and how they have created space for best practise. If you would like to submit a panelist question for the Q&A please email – fgitoronto@gmail.com – by Thursday April 11th.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday April 17th @ 7pm for this incredible ZOOM WEBINAR.
