We really have to pay more attention to Jonathan Cohen. He travels to the beat of a different drum perhaps. But for me, that’s what makes his brand special. There’s no hint here of trend. It’s his voice, and his only, that drives his designs. His prints pop, his silhouettes flatter. I’ve watched him develop his style for a while now, and each season it becomes clearer to me that his talent has been under appreciated. We need new and different. We need clothing that’s not mimicking Europe, or attempting to shock the wor ld. Jonathan delivers. He’s one I watch, and he’s one for all to watch.
